Our Six-Stage Consulting Process
A disciplined, milestone-driven framework engineered to analyze legacy environments, design robust architectures, and de-risk modernizations.
Every stage delivers transparent, documented milestones. Scope, dependencies, and risk models are locked up front prior to execution.
Discovery
We conduct technical stakeholder interviews, review architectural pain points, define business objectives, and establish security and compliance boundaries.
Legacy System Assessment
We perform a thorough codebase audit, map data models and dependencies, profile runtime bottlenecks, and quantify accumulated technical liabilities.
Modernization Strategy
We assess modernization pathways (rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild) and model technical trade-offs, timelines, and operational risks.
Architecture Design
We architect target topologies, define domain boundaries, establish API contracts, select technology stacks, and model data synchronization patterns.
Migration Planning
We establish sequential migration phases, plan data cutover strategies, create rollback mechanisms, and design operational continuity controls.
Testing & Documentation
We define testing methodologies (unit, integration, regression, load), compile comprehensive system specifications, and conduct handover briefings.
Service Delivery Policy
Clear guidelines defining our consulting boundaries, professional standards, and procedural commitments during every engagement.
Consulting Scope
Services are strictly advisory and consultative. We deliver architectural analysis, roadmaps, and specifications. Hands-on coding or hosting management is excluded unless contracted separately.
Handover of Deliverables
All architectural blueprints, reports, and documentation are delivered in digital format (PDF and Markdown/OpenAPI) upon completion of package milestones and verified payment.
Change Requests
Modifications to agreed project scopes must be submitted in writing. Scope additions will be evaluated and quoted as supplemental advisory hours or separate package tiers.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to necessary technical documentation, repository access where applicable, and relevant engineering personnel for discovery interviews.
Third-Party Software
We do not sell, license, or maintain third-party software, cloud infrastructure, or third-party libraries. Clients contract directly with providers for all runtime environments.
Confidentiality & Data Handling
All client technical documentation, system architectures, and proprietary data are treated as strictly confidential under binding non-disclosure standards.
